Boom Cards offer instant feedback to students. Students will immediately see if their answer is correct or incorrect. Students will get the immediate feedback they need to learn from their mistakes and master skills.

There is next to no prep needed for Boom Cards because they are digital. You also will not need to spend time grading them because they are self-grading!
HOW CAN I USE BOOM CARDS IN MY CLASSROOM?

1. Use Boom Cards for guided instruction:
Project a Boom deck on your interactive whiteboard and invite a student to come up and select an answer. Meanwhile, ask your other students to write their answers on their personal whiteboards.
2. Use Boom Cards for centers:
Assign Boom Cards in your technology center through the Boom Learning App. You can assign a Boom deck related to the skill you’re currently teaching or review a skill you’ve already taught.
3. Review skills with Boom Cards:
Have students work in pairs to complete a Boom deck to review before an assessment.

HOW DO I ASSIGN BOOM CARDS?
Here are some simple directions you can follow to assign Boom Cards in your classroom:
- Download the resource you have purchased. Click on the link in the download.
- Click REDEEM.
- Sign in to Boom Learning or create a free account. (If you are signing up for a new account, you may need to repeat Step 1 & 2 after creating your account).
- Find these Boom Cards in the Library.
- For the Boom deck you want to use, click:
Action -> Fast Pin -> Generate New Pin. - You will get a pin code that you can share with your students.
- Students need to go on the Boom app or to boomlearning.com.
- Students click “FastPlay” and enter the pin and play the Boom deck.
